As the booths are located in the conference area, we do not have a separate registration cost exclusively for our sponsor booths.

What is the attire for the conference?
Business casual

Where is the parking at the event?
Parking is available at the Metropolitan Hotel Toronto for $21 a day

What is included in the Conference Fee?
This investment includes continental breakfast, luncheon, receptions, refreshments, networking breaks, and original course materials

Can I pay at the event?
All payments are due before the event to ensure a quick registration process for everyone. Our preferred method of payment is Visa, Master Card or American Express.

What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations must be received in writing by Wednesay, May 30th, 2012. Cancellations received by this date will be eligible for a prompt refund less a $495.00 (plus HST) administration fee. If you register for the program and do not attend, you are liable for the full registration fee unless you cancel according to the terms stated above. If you are unable to attend, delegate substitution is permitted up to, and including, the day of the conference.

We do not have pictures, DVDs, Videos pod casts or web casts of our conferences, as part of the conference experience is the networking available by attending the event.
